About Arianna

I help individuals and parents find calm, connection, and presence, even amidst busyness and overwhelm. By incorporating mindful awareness, embodiment, and self-compassion practices, we can explore how to appreciate life’s joyful moments and skillfully navigate its setbacks.

With a deep understanding of the principles underlying mindfulness and meditation, I draw on ancient teachings, western psychology, and the latest findings in neuroscience. My approach is rooted in kindness, competence, and a strong belief in integrating mindful awareness into daily life.

In my meditation teachings in Sevenoaks, I cover a range of practices. These practices include mindfulness and body scans, concentration, inquiry, open awareness, mindful movement, heart practices, somatic experiencing of the natural world. Additionally, I address the application of mindfulness and compassion to relationships, conflict, trauma, organizational wisdom, and societal change.

Having nearly two decades of meditation practice, I hold a mindfulness meditation teaching certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s MMTCP. I am also a trauma-informed practitioner.

Expanding beyond traditional meditation, I offer nature walks, leveraging my rich background in international biodiversity conservation. With an MSc in Environment and Development and hands-on experience in the Amazon forest, I deeply comprehend and cherish the intricate relationship between nature and humanity. My extensive travels have broadened my perspective, positioning me as a seasoned guide for mindfulness walks that seamlessly connect individuals with the serene beauty of the outdoors.

Moreover, I bring valuable insights from the corporate sector, with a 15-year career as a geospatial specialist. This extensive experience uniquely positions me to tactfully address burnout, stress, and the challenges inherent in fast-paced professional environments.

In a world that constantly pushes us towards harder, faster, and stronger, let us embrace the path of softer, slower, and kinder.

I invite you to join me on this transformative journey.
