Pilates & Rehab and MeWeBe are delighted to combine their expertise in body and mind awareness for this soothing workshop.

Through a gentle flow of mindfulness and movement practices we will explore the intimate relationship between body and mind, and allow ourselves to relax with life as it is.

A mindful tea practice and treats will accompany our break time.
