Engaging Weekly Online Meditation Classes

Our classes offer a range of guided meditation techniques. From mindfulness meditation to loving-kindness meditation and body scan meditation, you’ll explore various practices. Each 45-minute class comprises guided meditations, clear instructions, and time for questions and meaningful discussions.

How to Join our Online Meditation Classes

Our Weekly Online Meditation Classes take place every Monday evening at 7.30pm, each session lasting 45 minutes. The cost is £7 per person (or £25 for a block of five).

Please contact me for booking and dates. Once your participation is confirmed, a link to the online session will be shared with you.

Please note there won’t be a session on 27 May and 3 June 2024.
