In these 60-minute-long mindful walks in nature, you will explore the relationship between body and mind, and learn effective and simple strategies to pause and relax. Also, you will get in touch with your innate sense of connection to nature and experience the calm and energy that comes from mindfully moving through it.

The benefit of a mindful walk in nature is far beyond the idea of simply relaxing for an hour. Above all, you are gradually learning tools to bring you back to a place of calm whenever you should need. You are, in a nutshell, building resilience.

Just as with any skill, art or change in lifestyle, there are numerous techniques one can learn to better facilitate a healthy mind, awareness of self, and self-care ethos. By walking in nature, and in the idyllic setting of Knole Park, you will be better able to find that initial peace, guided by Arianna along the way.

We will alternate periods of silent meditation and sharing, and explore mindful movement, body awareness and senses-engaging practices.

Walks take place on the second, third and fourth Wednesday of the month, in Knole Park, Sevenoaks. You can find a map link to where our walks start here. Sessions cost £8 per class or £35 for a block booking of five sessions.
